We're a family-owned and operated gym that takes pride in teaching our students pretty techniques from day one in a structured and safe environment.

Muay Thai Classes
Muay Thai also known as "Thai boxing" is a combat sport that uses stand-up striking and clinching.
It is known as the "art of eight limbs" because it utilizes punches, knees, elbows and kicks.

Boxing is a great for fitness, self defence and working up a sweat. Whether you want to get fit, learn a new skill or box in the ring. We have a class for you!
Beginners Muay Thai
Brand new to the wonderful world of Muay Thai?
We have beginners classes. We work on a 4 week syllabus so you know the fundamentals of punching and kicking as well as how to defend and how to hold for the strikes. You can join at any time and complete as many times as you like!
Classes For Kids
Want your children to learn a martial art? Martial arts are great for self defence, discipline, respect and self confidence. Our Cairns Muay Thai, Wrestling and Boxing classes will have your kids working up a sweat and making new friends.
Our classes are for children age 4 and up.
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) is a martial art and combat sport that primarily focuses on ground fighting and submission holds. Jiu Jitsu emphasises technique, leverage and timing over raw strength and size.
Wrestling is a great sport that also teaches self-defence skills. In wrestling, participants learn how to control their opponent without using punches, kicks or submissions. Instead, they use their strength and stamina to outmatch their opponents.
