Why choose the BAB challenge?

Through our research of the current market we know that our system is the only one of its kind, the only development program that covers EVERY single area required to become a decent fighter, including nutrition and mindset.

Week 1 - Week 6: 

You will work with Coach Paul Hosking and two experienced assistant coaches where you will learn specific and focused principles, fundamentals and techniques unique to Pretty Top Team.You will also learn the importance of various building blocks required to become a well-rounded fighter, such as nutrition, mindset and
strength.

Week 7 - Week 12: 

You are spilt into two teams lead by two of our experienced boxing coaches to guide you through your first exhibition prep camp.
Week 12: Exhibition Week is all about putting the finishing touches to your exhibition camp, sharpening your skills, strategy and mindset. You will also be participating in our unique 'Fight Week Games' a set of skill based games we have designed to sharpen your mind and body while having heaps and heaps of fun!

Exhibition Night: 

Invite your family and friends to attend our in-house exhibition night where you will get to put all of your training and skills that you have learned in the ring!

Who can participate in the Build A Boxer Challenge?

The Build A Boxer Challenge is designed to cater to absolute beginners who have no prior boxing experience. It welcomes individuals of all fitness levels, age groups, and physical attributes. Our program is inclusive and customized to accommodate everyone's unique journey into boxing.

 

Do I need boxing experience to join the challenge?

Not at all! Prior boxing experience is not required. The Build A Boxer Challenge is specifically designed for beginners who are enthusiastic about learning and developing their boxing skills. Our team of experienced trainers will be there to guide you every step of the way, ensuring a supportive and nurturing environment.

What if I'm not in the best shape or lack fitness?

No worries! The Build A Boxer Challenge presents a fantastic opportunity to kickstart your fitness journey. Our program is designed to help you gradually improve your fitness level. As you progress through the challenge, you'll witness significant enhancements in your strength, endurance, and overall fitness.

Do I have to participate in a boxing fight at the end of the challenge?

Participating in the amateur boxing fight at the end of the challenge is entirely optional. We understand that stepping into the ring might not be for everyone. The main focus of the challenge is personal growth and development. You'll still enjoy numerous benefits from the program, even if you choose not to participate in the fight.

How often are the challenge classes conducted?

The Build A Boxer Challenge offers four specialized challenge classes each week. For the first four weeks, classes are held on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 6 pm to 7 pm. During the final six weeks, classes will run on the same days from 6 pm to 7:30 pm. These classes are exclusively available to challenge participants, ensuring a dedicated and focused training experience.

Will I have access to other classes during the challenge?

Absolutely! As a participant in the Build A Boxer Challenge, you'll have full access to our regular schedule of Muay Thai, Boxing, and Wrestling classes. This allows you the flexibility to diversify your training and make up any missed classes. You'll have the opportunity to explore different disciplines and further enhance your skills.

How will I stay motivated throughout the challenge?

Motivation is a key aspect of the Build A Boxer Challenge. Our dedicated trainers are committed to keeping you inspired and accountable throughout the journey. Additionally, the supportive group atmosphere and the presence of like-minded individuals participating in the challenge will create an encouraging environment for mutual support and motivation.

Is the Build A Boxer Challenge suitable for women?

Absolutely! Our challenge is open to individuals of all genders. In fact, 50% of our members are female. We encourage women to embrace the challenge and experience the empowering benefits of boxing firsthand.
