Who is the Build A Boxer Challenge suitable for?

The Build A Boxer Challenge is designed for absolute beginners with no fighting experience. It welcomes individuals of all fitness levels, age groups, and physical attributes. Our program is inclusive and tailored to accommodate everyone's journey into boxing.

I have no Boxing experience, can I still do the challenge?

No, prior boxing experience is required. Our program is specifically designed for beginners who are eager to learn and develop their boxing skills. Our experienced trainers will guide you through every step of the way.

What if I'm not in the best shape or lack fitness?

Not a problem at all! The Build A Boxer Challenge is an excellent opportunity to kickstart your fitness journey. Our program is designed to help you improve your fitness level gradually. As you progress, you'll notice significant improvements in your strength, endurance, and overall fitness.

Do I have to fight at the end?

Participating in the amateur boxing fight is entirely optional. If you're not comfortable or feel ready to step into the ring, that's perfectly fine. The focus of the challenge is on personal growth and development, and you'll still reap numerous benefits from the program without the fight.

How often are the challenge classes conducted? The Build A Boxer Challenge includes four specialized challenge classes each week.

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at 6pm-7pm for the first 4 weeks. The finale 6 weeks will eve Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 6pm-7:30pm. These classes are exclusively available to participants of the challenge, ensuring a dedicated and focused training experience.

Will I have access to other classes during the challenge? Absolutely! As a participant in the Build A Boxer Challenge, you'll have full access to our regular schedule of Muay Thai, Boxing, and Wrestling classes. This allows flexibility in your training and also allows to you make up any classes you have missed.

How will I stay motivated throughout the challenge?

Motivation is a vital aspect of the Build A Boxer Challenge. Our trainers are committed to keeping you inspired and accountable every step of the way. Additionally, the supportive group atmosphere and like-minded individuals participating in the challenge will provide an encouraging environment for mutual support and motivation.

Is the Build A Boxer Challenge suitable for women?

Absolutely! Our challenge is open to all genders. In fact, 50% of our members are female. We encourage women to embrace the challenge and experience the empowering benefits of boxing firsthand.
